Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will:
- Review the claim promptly.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that content removed due to a DMCA complaint was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include all information required under the DMCA, including a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
GoTechGuide reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
